Free USPS Shipping For All Orders Over $100 Within The Continental USA.

US Customers: Shipping is FREE via USPS Priority Mail. ($100 minimum purchase) Usually 3-4 day delivery time after your order ships from our North Carolina, USA location.
NOTE: Some items may have shipping charges applied due to product weight and package dimensions.

Canadian Customers: Shipping rates are $19.99 per item. (Usually takes 7-14 days to arrive to your shipping address)

European Customers: Shipping rates are $24.99 per item. (Usually takes 30-45 days to arrive to your shipping address)

Australian Customers: Shipping rates are $24.99 per item. (Usually takes 30-45 days to arrive to your shipping address)

Asian Customers: Shipping rates are $24.99 per item. (Usually takes 30-45 days to arrive to your shipping address)

We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST may be processed the following business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (available on all methods of shipping).

Shipping times may vary and we can’t guarantee the arrival date of any order, but we promise to get your order out as quickly as possible! Please keep in mind we get backlogged during the holidays season, and it could take longer.

Sorry, we do not offer expedited, overnight or express shipping on any orders…all orders are shipped via USPS mail.

We are sorry, but we ONLY ship to US, Canada, Australia, and European residents at this time. (No Exceptions) is not liable for missing packages or missing items that are reported by our shipping partners (USPS) as delivered.


When Will My Order Ship and When Will It Arrive?

We always strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Depending on the time of day you place your order, it may take up to 1-2 business days during normal business hours to package and ship your order. Shipping and arrival times may be affected by observed holidays or carrier peak periods.

Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is being delivered to their shipping facilities. Please be patient and check back roughly one business day after we have shipped your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Overseas Customs Clearance

Many countries outside of the USA impose customs clearance and/or taxes on shipments…if customs taxes are required on your package in your country it will be held until the outstanding balance is paid.

Customs clearance and charges are completely out of our control and will not be covered by our company or our freight company.

It sounds scary…but all packages get “held by import customs”. It just means it was scanned out of the delivery company’s possession for processing with customs. It will change status once it’s back in the couriers possession. It does not mean they have seized it for any reason.

If you end up with your package stuck in customs, some additional fees may apply. The customs provider may charge:

* a customs clearance fee or customs handling fee for processing all the necessary documentation.
* an advancement fee for paying the duty and VAT on behalf of the sender.
* a security fee for screening or x-raying the goods, a fee for preparing the customs declaration or other.

Such fees can vary from a country to country.

Waiting is often the best option, as most shipping companies tracking are notoriously unreliable and often it’s better to just relax. Your shipment will come eventually, but it might take some time. Keeping calm is part of the battle, try not to stress too much about the delays, your shipment will come eventually. Sometimes the package tracking can be inaccurate, packages can disappear somewhere and reappear elsewhere, hold on, it will come. Fortunately, the postal system is great when it comes to customs – your shipment will be automatically cleared and released, you just need to wait and pay any payable taxes if you’re approached, it is a very easy process but also very slow for some overseas delivery.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state of business (North Carolina).

All orders shipping within North Carolina state will be charged applicable sales tax according to our area tax rate.


Change/Cancel Order

When you place an order, we jump into action to help ensure your package is delivered within our specified shipping time frames.

If you need to delete an item, reduce a quantity or cancel your order, please act promptly by contacting us.
Please note: We will not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order once your order is in fulfillment.

We are unable to add items or increase the quantity of items on an order that has already been submitted. If you would like to add new items to your order or increase the quantity of the items you have purchased please place a new order.


Return Policy and Procedures

All items are checked and thoroughly tested on location before shipped to ensure that it works and operates correctly.

Damaged items are exchanged only for the same item that you ordered originally, and refunds are handled by the shipping service.

We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged and wished to be exchanged for the same item. (If you return a product back to us and it works properly when we test it at our testing facility, then you must pay us $9.99 for return shipping to get the product back to you…we will not pay for return shipping if the product works properly.)

Please note that we do not cross-ship any items, even if you feel you may have ordered incorrectly or received the wrong product.

You must contact Boom Blasters to inform us that you would like to return an item and obtain a return authorization. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your right to take advantage of our return policy.

To return item, you must return within 30 days of item received and you must request an RMA by contacting us below. NOTE: We will not process, refund or test ANY returned products that are shipped back to us if you have not requested an RMA with us beforehand.

We accept returned merchandise within 30 days of shipment date with a 20% restocking fee if the item is not damaged or shipped wrong. No refunds will be made after 30 days. Shipping fees for returns will be paid by the buyer.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the case that you decided you want something else in exchange after your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

We will refund the return postage charges only if the return is due to our error.

Returned merchandise must be in the original condition. All refunds/exchanges will take place after Boom Blasters has inspected the item(s).

NOTE: Wiring on your car horn MUST be at least 12 inches in length when you return it back to us…wiring that is less than 12 inches will not be accepted and will nullify your warranty with us.

Defective items may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of shipment. Installed/used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective and falls under the warranty period. If a material defect is discovered outside of the 30 day window, please call us to discuss the issue that you are having. Our direct number is: 1-800-618-6450

NO returns may be made on any opened product that has been altered, used or worn after shipment…this includes any disassembly or altering of our products.

Water damaged units will NOT be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Please allow us at least 3-5 days to receive and process your return. We will always do our utmost to issue your return as soon as possible.

A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused by our receiving department. Under no circumstances are shipping and handling fees refundable.

If in any case you decide to open a PayPal dispute or credit dispute on us before we try to help you resolve a problem with an order, you then nullify our return policy and warranty with us.
